Nature value Jósvafő
This cave is significant due to its special hydrological characteristics. It can be found near Jósvafő, at the end of Tohonya Valley. Stalactites, straw (or spaghetti-like) dripstones and helectites can be found there in large numbers, as well as beautiful tettarattas and dripstone crusts covering the walls of the cave. The unique colours of the cave can be observed on the most well-known formation, the “Orange Cascade”.
